Terms of cancelation

* If cancellation takes place more than 30 days before arrival, there is no cancellation fee

* If the cancellation takes place between 30 and 15 days before arrival, there is a 25% cancellation fee

* If cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%

* If there is no-show: 100%
